Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Any holiday might be subject to processing time delays. postal/delivery service problems that are outside our control please reach out to the carrier for questions or concerns.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping to all major U.S.A states.
For free shipping: Occasionally we offer free shipping to all major U.S.A states and the delivery time could be different since we will ship the cheapest way we can.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@filletaway.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers don't deliver or have limitation on shipping to P.O. boxes. Please look into the carrier chosen at checkout so that you know what you should do to get your delivery. We typically use USPS for shipping.
