Fillet anywhere with Fillet Away Fish Mats. Designed and produced in the United States by two PNW anglers, the Fillet Away Fish Mats are designed to grip your fish and whatever surface you're filleting on - fillet table, cooler, truck tailgate, dock, or even the ground!

Simply apply some downward pressure to the cheek of the fish to grip the pegs. The pressure also grips your mat to your filleting surface. Great for processing game, and using in the kitchen too.

Scales, slime, and fish debris are pushed down in between the pegs and away from your meat. Mess is contained in the mat. No more slimy filleting surfaces.

To clean, simply dunk the mat in the water, or spray down with a hose.
